Elafonisos Elafonisos is a small island close to the town of Neapoli and can be reached by ferry from the harbor of Vigklavia. The boat runs every half hour in high season and costs one euro per person The car costs € 5. The crossing takes about 15 minutes. You arrive in the north of the island at the town.
