It is a loft apartment with one bedroom with a double box spring, a bathroom and a large living room with sofa bed for two people.
The kitchen, equipped with the necessary equipment, is located on the back terrace in a separate building as was the custom in Greece in the past.
The house has a very large front terrace overlooking the islet of Marathonisi.

Also rentable together with Casa Laryssiou, which is the entire top floor.
The studio is on the ground floor and accessible via a small staircase at the side of the house.
It is a 2 room studio with one bedroom with a double box spring, a kitchenette(no stove)
and a bathroom.
There is no terrace.
